Could not have picked a better coordinator!! Hannah was absolutely everything I could have asked for from a wedding coordinator! Our wedding day went so smoothly, and my husband and I were very happy with it all. Leading up to the event, it was great to have meetings with Hannah in which she caught all the details we never would have thought of ourselves…. She was happy to offer guidance on aspects such as a productive timeline, linen choices, and processional/rehearsal details we wouldn’t have received without a coordinator. Day of the event we were absolutely wow-ed with how perfect our room came together… Overall, she took SO much stress off my husband and I and we were able to really enjoy our day without the worry of anything we had to deal with. It is so great to look back on our wedding and know it all went actually perfect for us. If we had to do it all over again, we would choose Hannah every time!!

Full Planning and Coordination
We will work together to lay out your day including timeline creation, layout, décor details, vendor selection review, rehearsal, setup, ceremony and reception coordination. This will include 5-6 meetings and access to planning guides that help you get your thoughts together.
$700 down to reserve the date, possible additions such as assistant needed for $50/hr or extra time can be determined down the road
*Weddings over 120 guests will automatically require an assistant for at least a partial day
$1,500
Day Of Coordination
We will meet before your event to go over the decisions you have already made and fine-tune the details together. I will run your rehearsal, setup your day of, and coordinate ceremony through tear down.
$500 down to reserve the date, possible additions such as assistant needed for $50/hr or extra time can be determined down the road
*Weddings over 120 guests will automatically require an assistant for at least a partial day
